Covenants and Design Review Criteria

Dues

Paid annually every January (currently $125.00).

Signage

No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any lot excepting one (1) professional sign of not more than 1 square foot; one (1) sign of not more than five (5) square feet advertising the property for sale or rent; a sign used by a builder to advertise the property during the construction and sale; and/or the subdivision identification signs or the signage indicated on the record plat.

•  A For Sale sign is permitted only on the homeowner's property.

•  In addition to the ‘For Sale' sign on the property, Real Estate ‘Open House' or ‘For Sale' signs will be permitted at the entrance * to the sub-division from 3 P.M. Thursday afternoon, to sundown on Sunday.

* signs placed at the entrance on Cooper are permitted in the grassy areas to the east of the east brick wall and to the west of the west brick wall such that it does not block either wall and/or landscaping.
